2. Collection and storage of personal data, and the nature and purpose of its use
a) When you visit our website www.bachmann-biathlonstock.com, the browser of your terminal device will automatically send information to our website server. This information will be temporarily stored in a log file. The following information will be recorded without any intervention by you, and stored until it is automatically deleted:

IP address of the accessing computer,

Name and URL of the accessed data,

Description of the type of Web browser used, operating system used and the name of your Access-Provider.

The data listed above is processed by us for the following purposes:

b) When subscribing to our newsletter If you have issued your explicit consent in accordance with Art. 6 (1) 1st sentence point a) GDPR, we will use your email address in order to send you our regular newsletter, or to send you a specific white paper. You only need to provide your email address to receive the newsletter. You can cancel your subscription at any time, for example by using the link located at the end of each newsletter. c) When using our contact form For questions and queries of any kind, we offer you the option of contacting us using the form made available on this website. This requires you to enter a valid email address, in order that we can know who sent the inquiry, and how we can respond to it. The processing of data for the purposes of making contact with us is performed in accordance with Art. 6 (1) 1st sentence point a) GDPR on the basis of the consent voluntarily provided by you.

a) Tracking-Tools The tracking measures listed below and used by us are performed on the basis of GDPR Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 (f). We seek to ensure the needs-appropriate design and continuous optimisation of our website with the tracking measures we use. At the same time, we use the tracking measures in order to statistically register the use of our website and to analyse it for the purpose of optimising our content for you. These interests are considered justified within the meaning of the aforementioned regulation. The particular data processing purposes and data categories can be found in the various tracking tools.

6. Social Media Plug-ins
Social plug-ins of the Facebook, Twitter and Instagram social networks may be integrated on our website and on the basis of GDPR Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 (f) to make our company better known. The underlying promotional purpose is considered a justified interest within the meaning of the GDPR. Responsibility for operation conforming to data protection standards must be ensured by the respective providers. The integration of these plug-ins by us is done by means of the so-called two-click method to protect visitors to our website in the best possible way.

Facebook

Plug-ins from the Facebook social network may be integrated on our site (provider: Facebook Inc., 1 Hacker Way, Menlo Park, California 94025, USA), to make their use more personal. Therefore we use the LIKE“ or „SHARE“-Button. This is an offer from Facebook. • According to Art. 16 GDPR, you may immediately demand the correction of incorrect or complete personal data stored with us;
• According to Art. 17 GDPR, you may also request the deletion of your personal data stored by us, unless processing such data is required for the exercise of the right to freedom of expression and information, for the fulfilment of a legal obligation, for reasons of public interest or for assertion, exercise or defence of legal claims;
• According to Art. 18 GDPR, you may request the limitation of processing of your personal data if the accuracy of your data is disputed, the processing is unlawful, but if you decline the deletion of such data and we no longer require the data, however you require the data for the assertion, exercise or defence of legal claims, or if you have objected to the data processing in accordance with Art. 21 GDPR;
• According to Art. 20 GDPR, you may receive your personal data provided to us in a structured, standard and machine-readable format or require it to be forwarded to another authority;
• According to Article 7 para. 3 GDPR, you have the right to revoke any consent declaration at any time, which you have given to us before. This has the consequence that we are no longer privileged to continue the respective activity and
• According to Article 77 GDPR, you have the right to complain to a superior authority. As a rule, you may find such authority at your place of residence, your workplace or our company domicile.

8. Right of objection
Insofar as your personal data is processed based on legitimate interests as defined under Article 6(1) 1st sentence f) GDPR, you have the right - in accordance with Art. 21 GDPR - to object to your personal data being processed, provided that there are grounds pertaining to your particular circumstances or that the objection is directed towards direct advertising. In the latter case, you have a general right of objection, which we will implement without the indication of any special circumstances. 9. Data Security
We use the common SSL (Secure Socket Layer) procedure on our website in connection with the highest encryption level, which is supported by your browser. This is usually a 256-bit encryption. If your browser does not support 256-bit encryption, we use 128-bit v3 technology instead. You will recognise whether specific pages on our website are transmitted in encrypted form from the closed image of a lock or the key symbol in the lower status bar of your browser. By the way, we use suitable technical and organisational safety procedures to protect your data against inadvertent or wilful manipulation, partial or complete loss, destruction or against the unauthorised access by third parties. 																		According to the athlete’s individual wishes and needs, in Antholz, they do create customized Biathlon rifles exclusively made of high quality carbon. The uniqueness of this carbon stock lies in the fact that it is precisely adaptable to the athlete’s anatomical features. The single positions will be analysed by the coach together with the athlete and afterwards reproduced on the rifle. No matter if it’s about butt plate or cheek piece, left or right pistol grip, for each position Bachmann’s got the right solution.

There are two systems: The Anschütz-system and the Izhmash-system.

Furthermore, the break-proof carbon stock is balanceable, weatherproof and also temperature resistant. Changes on the stock are possible at any time. Each stock is registered and is, even in case of damage or loss, easily replaceable.
